Stratagem Group Extends Collaboration with NDRC-ICC Following Successful Energy Roundtable in Beijing

Stratagem Group Pte Ltd held a closed-door roundtable dialogue with the International Cooperation Centre of National Development & Reform Commission (NDRC-ICC) on 14 September 2026 in Beijing. This closed-door roundtable dialogue between Stratagem Group and NDRC-ICC was organised arising from a cooperation agreement signed between the two organisations in September 2024.
To encourage a free flow of frank and casual exchanges, the roundtable was conducted under Chatham House rules. The session featured presentations and facilitated discussions from two distinguished energy experts:
- Mdm Ding Zhimin, Former Director-General of the Department of Legal Affairs & Reforms at the National Energy Administration and Vice President of the Energy Investment Professional Committee at the Investment Association of China, presented on the “Latest Policy and Investment opportunities for Energy Transition under the Dual-Carbon Goals (双碳目标下能源转型发展最新政策及投资机会)".
- Mr. Li Ding, Director at the China Electric Power Planning & Engineering Institute, shared insights on “Accelerating the Development of a New-Type Power System to Strongly Support Building an Energy Powerhouse (加快构建新型电力系统, 有力支撑能源强国建设)”.
Following the highly beneficial exchanges, Stratagem Group and NDRC-ICC officially signed an agreement to extend their bilateral collaboration for an additional three years, ensuring continued cooperation through 2029.
