Stratagem Group Pte Ltd held a closed-door roundtable dialogue with the International Cooperation Centre of National Development & Reform Commission (NDRC-ICC) on 1 April 2026 in Beijing. This closed-door roundtable dialogue between Stratagem Group and NDRC-ICC was organised arising from a cooperation agreement signed between the two organisations in September 2024.

The closed-door roundtable dialogue was hosted by Zhang Jidong (张继栋), Director, International Cooperation Department of NDRC-ICC. The Stratagem Group team was led by its Managing Director, Mr Goh Kong Yong.  

At the roundtable dialogue, Mr BoZhaoyi (薄兆一), Deputy Director (副主任) of the Data and Technical Centre of Central Cyberspace Administration (中央网信办数据与技术中心) and Mr Fan Daqi (范大琪), Deputy Director (副院长) of the Academy of Contemporary China and the World Studies (当代中国与世界研究院) respectively presented their views and perspectives on “Strengthening Digital Protection to Build a Strong Cyberspace Nation (筑牢数字安全屏障、服务网络强国建设)” and “From Economic Key Words to Identify Business Opportunities in China (从经济关键词看中国机遇)”. Mr Bo and Mr Fan also facilitated the discussion after their presentations. The dialogue was a closed-door event with Chatham House rules applied to allow for free flow of casual and frank exchanges.
