The Pinnacle Club Secretariat visited Phnom Penh, Cambodia, from 15 to 16 December 2025. During the trip, the Pinnacle Club Secretariat had the privilege to meet and have dinner on 15 December with GEN Oung Mony, Secretary of State of the Cambodian Defence Ministry and the Chair of the Pinnacle Club Cambodian Chapter.

The meeting facilitated discussions on Pinnacle Club development and allowed for an exchange of views on issues of mutual interest in a social and cordial setting. MG (Ret’d) Goh Yong Siang and COL (Ret’d) Goh Kong Yong from the Pinnacle Club Secretariat were present at the meetings in Phnom Penh. In addition, two of our Temasek Foundation colleagues, Mr Tan Bian, Project Director, and Mr Dhanraj, Project Manager, joined the Pinnacle Club Secretariat for the trip.

The Pinnacle Club Secretariat hopes to continue visiting and meeting up with friends of the other Pinnacle Club Chapters in 2026.
